Enroll in one of these courses to receive your Wyoming Hunter Education Certificate before this fall’s hunting seasons!!! Wyoming Outdoorsmen is sponsoring two Hunter Education Courses in the month of August as follows: A Traditional Course that will be held at the Cody Regional Office of Game and Fish located at 2 Tilden Trail Cody, Wyoming. Wyoming Outdoorsmen 2025 Election of Directors Notice to the Membership
Each year, one-half of the Director Positions that make up the Wyoming Outdoorsmen (WyO) Board of Directors are up for election. Since WyO has 15 director positions, in alternating years, the first seven director positions are up for election, and in the subsequent year, the eight director positions are up for election. In 2025, the number of positions up for election is eight. The WyO By-laws state that any WyO Member in good standing is eligible to seek one of these director positions. Wood River Deer Hunt Program
The Wood River Deer Hunt Program is a Mentored program that teaches youth (that will reach the age of 12 by Dec 31, 2025), adult women and families Big Game Hunting Skills and then put these skills to use on a mentored whitetail doe hunt on a private ranch in the Wood River valley west of Meeteetse in September of 2025.
